EXPERIENCE
Certified PHR with over 10 years of leadership experience. I have a strong passion for Human Resources, and my goal is to help a business succeed while practicing positive employee relations.
I have experience managing multiple businesses throughout Southern California and Utah and I achieved the best retention rates while overseeing each market. I formed strategic partnerships with leaders in the business in order to create employee recognition programs, improve employee training, and increase profits by minimizing risk.
Programs that I have utilized throughout my career include Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, ADP, and TimeTEQ.
I am self-motivated, results driven, and enjoy working in challenging environments. My work-ethic and desire to learn has gotten me far in retail, and I look forward to bringing these traits into a new industry and company.

Rebecca Luscombe is the manager who hired me in 2010 at Cotton On USA. I had the opportunity to work with her for eight years, and I enjoyed being a part of her team.
Lyndon James was my payroll advisor in Cotton On for five years. In the five years that we worked together, we were able to build a great relationship and we always addressed each others payroll needs to ensure my market was compliant and paid appropriately.
Mary Ann was my recruiter at Cotton On for a year and a half. Although most of my recruiting was done in-store or through my personal network, Mary Ann was a great partner with ensuring any new hires had a great on-boarding process.
I love making art, and creating pieces that are unique, and hard to recreate. Making art started as a small, weekend hobby, and with time, I have had the opportunity to display my pieces at local fundraising events and street fairs. Mother nature is my biggest inspiration.
Another hobby of mine is traveling, especially road trips. I love exploring new roads, landmarks, and geological features, along with rockhounding and mushroom hunting. Being outdoors is always refreshing and exciting.
Nature photography is something I have enjoyed for years. It allows me to live in the moment and appreciate the beauty that surrounds me. Its the perfect compliment to my love of traveling, and I get to revisit my photos and reflect on all the great memories.
